Scope: For independent assessment services submitting FOCI information as part of the FedRAMP Recognition process and to notify FedRAMP of any changes to their FOCI status following FedRAMP Recognition.
User Expectations:
- Assessors MUST report information relating to any foreign interest, foreign influence, or foreign control of the independent assessment service to FedRAMP in alignment with REC-IAS-AFI and REC-IAS-CFI
- The IAS FOCI Declaration Form MUST be submitted when an independent assessment service is seeking FedRAMP Recognition to be listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace.
- MUST be submitted prior to FedRAMP Recognition and MUST always be submitted after FedRAMP Recognition annually or within 48 hours of organizational changes in FOCI status
