Scope: For CSPs pursuing a FedRAMP Rev5 Certification.
User Expectations:
- Use the Rev5 Certification Application Form for submitting.
- Users are expected to meet or address all mandatory FedRAMP rules for the Class they are pursuing following the Force of the Rule guidelines.
- CSPs should already be listed on the Marketplace with Initial Implementation status.
- Rev5 Agency path certifications require that sponsoring agencies submit Authorizations to Operate (ATO) letters using the ATO Submission Form.
- If the CSP has already provided FedRAMP with its Certification package JSON, content updates MUST be made directly in the existing JSON URL by the CSP.
- CSPs MUST NOT submit a new form to request manual content changes.
- If the URL does change, the CSP must provide the new URL to FedRAMP using the Marketplace Listing Request Form and select “update listing."
Estimated Timeline:
- FedRAMP Review: Varies based on package completeness, complexity, and Agency response time for Agency path certifications
- Marketplace Publication: 3-5 business days after approval
