Q: Can we submit a FedRAMP 20x package before our Marketplace listing is ready?
A: No. The CSP must be listed in the FedRAMP Marketplace before applying. CSPs can fill out a request form here.This includes applicable Marketplace listing requirements, the provider listing request, agency use-case information, and demonstration of continuous progress.

Q: Can our assessor, consultant, or advisory firm submit the application for us?
A: No. A CSP must not use a third party to apply for certification on its behalf, including an independent assessment service. Third parties may help prepare the materials, but the CSP must submit the application directly and remain accountable for it.
