FedRAMP recognized third party assessment organizations (3PAOs) and FedRAMP Authorized CSPs may use the FedRAMP logo. Use of the FedRAMP logo, in conjunction with qualified products, services, or organizations, does not require approval. Please work with your legal counsel and your communications or marketing department to ensure you are compliant with the FedRAMP Branding Guidance and the items below for all marketing materials:
- The registration symbol (®) must be used with the FedRAMP name. The symbol does not have to be used every time the FedRAMP name is used; instead, use the registration symbol in the first instance the FedRAMP name is used, in the most prominent use, or both.
- The FedRAMP logo must be in compliance with the brand guide and always include the trademark symbol (™).
- Avoid any claims that your company is an exclusive or first provider of a FedRAMP Authorized service in a specific category.
- Avoid using the FedRAMP logo and name in a manner that would imply government endorsement of a company, its products, or its services. Neither the logo nor the FedRAMP name may be used in any other company name, product name, service name, domain name, or website title.
