- The JAB P-ATO client demand requirement no longer exists in its current form, and GSA is not planning to remove cloud service providers from the marketplace due to demand considerations at this time. Any updates to FedRAMP program policies regarding ongoing demand requirements for FedRAMP-authorized cloud service providers will be released for public feedback before being finalized.
- Where there is no CSO reuse, FedRAMP intends to develop updated requirements for FedRAMP Marketplace listing. In order to ensure that FedRAMP has the correct information about a specific CSO’s reuse, we encourage CSPs to review their marketplace listings and provide updates to agency reuse or leveraging of their CSO by other FedRAMP authorized CSPs.
- Agencies are required to provide a copy of agency Authorizations to Operate or Use (ATOs/ATUs) to FedRAMP when they are based on a FedRAMP authorization. If a CSP is having difficulty getting a copy of the ATO or ATU from an agency that is using or in the process of using (under contract) their FedRAMP offering, FedRAMP can support the request.
- When the updated demand and reuse requirements are released for public comment, FedRAMP will consider feedback before determining the marketplace designations for any CSO without agency reuse or leveraging by another FedRAMP Authorized CSO. Additionally, the final release of demand and reuse requirements will provide a timeline for changing designations for CSOs on the FedRAMP Marketplace with no agency reuse and who are not leveraged by another FedRAMP authorized CSO.
