How will model cards be evaluated?

Model cards will be evaluated via a qualitative process. The model cards are intended to provide transparency regarding what use cases the model is good for, what training data was used, how fresh or recent is that data, and any limitations, biases, or risks that exist in the offering itself. These are necessary so that federal agencies can determine how to leverage the offerings and best apply them to their mission needs. Therefore, FedRAMP will look to prioritize those offerings that most completely supply data to the required fields and are thorough in providing quality answers in the model card responses.
