If a CSP can use potential demand, is there a cap or limit of how many submissions a CSP can include?

As a result of lessons learned from the JAB, there are caps placed on both the indirect and potential customer sources of demand. Indirect demand is now capped at 4 total submissions, and potential demand is capped at 8 total submissions. This allows CSPs to add a total of 1 point for each of these categories to their total demand score.
